Dorothy Wise has owned Glenwood Equestrian Center since 2001 and manages the facility. Since purchasing the center, she has upgraded all aspects of the facility, including the barns and arenas, and has added an extensive trail system over 40 acres.

       She has owned and ridden horses since she was young, and has competed in Hunters, Jumpers, Dressage and Eventing. Over the years she has studied with many world-class equestrians including Mark Watring (Grand Prix Jumping), Don Sachey (Eventing), Karl Mikolka, Sue Martin, and Amelia Newcomb (Dressage).

      The facility has won local Raves and Faves awards due to the warm and friendly atmosphere at the barn.
